About Encompass House
Encompass House was founded by Gail Abbott in 2014. Using her 20 years of gained experience and knowledge in the disability sector, Gail was able to recognise the positives and the negative aspects of direct care and management systems.
This has given Encompass House an insight into service provision that utilises these positive practices. Encompass House's reputation for delivering quality services that are participant focused and participant directed is growing in momentum thanks to the hard work and dedication of the team at Encompass House.
